We recently switch IT providers to CTS.  Being a construction company, we know little to nothing about IT and computers, so we were a little nervous about what to expect.  CTS nailed it!  They were extremely informative of what to expect and had a plan laid out to help alleviate any downtime.  I think the most important part of our transition was the communication to our people and the follow through.  I would recommend CTS to anyone that is looking for a new IT provider.
